The OPP are holding two days of criminal record check blitzes for anyone living in an OPP policed area.

Checks will be completed while you wait on:

Saturday, May 2nd, from 9am - 2pm at the Listowel OPP Detachment.

Saturday, May 9th, from 9am - 1pm at the Sebringville OPP Detachment.

You MUST bring a signed letter from Mitchell Minor Soccer requesting the record check.

You MUST also bring 2 pieces of identification, including one photo ID

(Valid ID can be any two of the following but one MUST be a photo ID:
Driver's License
Valid Passport
Birth Certificate
Outdoors Card
Blood Donor Card
Firearms License

(*Health cards and SIN cards are not accepted*)

**There is no fee to apply for a record check for volunteer positions**
